Blue Mandarin - Synchiropus splendidus

I acquired this fish when my neighbor took down his 280 gallon reef tank in October 2007.

I’ve had a mandarin before back when they were considered very difficult to keep alive. I kept mine alive for several years before it jump out of the tank which is odd for mandarin to jump.

Generally nothing bothers this fish and it has no interest in other fish.
