Hikari Brand Frozen Food

These are frozen plankton foods that my fish enjoy. These are fed more like treats two or three times a week. There are 32 cubes to a pack. These cubes are about twice the size of Ocean Nutrition Frozen Food cubes. On the package is written that a 3 step sterilization procedure is used to keep the foods parasite free and remove any harmful bacteria. It does not have any details about what the 3 steps are.

The fist one is a Mysis Shrimp package. Mysis shrimp are actually a fresh water shrimp but my fish like them anyway. The package says it has stabilized vitamin C, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, biotin, folic acid, pantothenic acid, inositol and niacin, etc.

The other package is Mega-marine and is more of a blend of ocean plankton, krill, shrimp, sea urchin, sea worms, clam, mussel, squid, sea algae, Spirulina, cod-liver oil, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, beta carotene, vitamin B6, riboflavin, thiamine, mononitrate, biotin, folic acid, pantothenic acid, inositol, niacin, etc.
